Album launch video and BC tour

The initial release shows for All the Things I'll Forget have been unbelievable. Audiences have been warm, and we've gotten to perform as a full band for several shows, with special visuals by Dustyn Lucas. Here's a gorgeous memento from our album launch party in Montreal at La Sala Rossa, filmed by Ian Christopher Goodman. Special shout out to my bandmates Leah Dolgoy (Harp), Sam Gleason (Guitar), Steven Foster (Drums) and Alex Kasirer-Smibert (Bass) as well as to Flore de ris for the beautiful art on the walls (who also created my cover art) and Jennifer Glasgow for the dress. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful evening.

We can't wait to bring the album out to BC this summer! I'm excited to announce performances at both Campbell Bay Music Festival and Tiny Lights Festival in June. Keep your eyes peeled, more dates to be announced in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary. If you live in small towns in BC, AB or SK, shoot us an e-mail - we love playing house concerts! booking@coreygulkin.com.

We're heading to Ottawa next week to perform at Pressed with Little Suns and Cedric Noel on March 23rd, and we're also playing one of le Cagibi's final shows in it's current location in Montreal on March 24th. We are so sad to see it pushed out of the Mile End due to gentrification, but excited to see what they do next. See you all there!

All the Things I'll Forget is here!

Album Artwork by Flore de Ris

It's been a long time coming, but All the Things I'll Forget is finally here. 10 years of healing, 5 years of writing, 1.5 years of recording. This is my process of turning the trauma of sexual coercion into an album, something to hold in your hands, in your minds, something for survivors, something to make you think about the times you may have crossed a line, something to open your awareness to when there's trauma near you, something to delve into, to explore.

Thank you to everyone who worked on the album, especially my co-producers Leah Dolgoy and Sam Gleason. I can't imagine making this record without you both <3

All the Things I'll Forget - Official Video!

Over the last couple of months I've been spending time learning how to edit film. My mother, Cathy Gulkin, shot some beautiful footage of my grandfather, Harry Gulkin' and of snowy Montreal back in 1972. She had initially edited it for her film school application, and the footage was so beautiful and fitting that I asked her if I could use it to cut together a music video. Thankfully she said yes!

Special shout out to Ian Christopher Goodman who was extraordinarily helpful with his technical expertise and answered so many of my questions during the editing process. Thank you as well to CUTV (Concordia University Television) for letting us use your facilities.

So, here it is - the title track off my upcoming record, All the Things I'll Forget, out January 26!
